I am a PhD student in history since 2022, funded by the National Graduate School in Historical Studies. My research focuses on clothing, consumption and everyday life in pre-industrial Sweden. I have a master's degree in history from Linnaeus University (2021) and a bachelor's degree from the conservation program with a specialization in textiles from the University of Gothenburg (2008).
In my thesis project, I examine clothing, clothing consumption and everyday life in East Blekinge ca1760-1900 through information about clothing and textile tools found in probate inventories from both urban and rural areas. The object of study is the clothes left behind by a broad public, where people from all social groups are found.
In the Research Portal you can search and find information about all active researchers, units, publications, projects, infrastructures, and more, to get an overview of Lund University research.
